Emily
Sports, fitness, and health have always been core components of Emily's identity. Her background competing internationally in ice dance laid the foundation for her passion for understanding the human body. Through her studies at McGill University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology. Emily applies her theoretical knowledge by helping others improve their health and fitness through personal training. Her passion for coaching stems from its practicality, allowing her to see tangible results and make a meaningful impact in individuals' lives. Emily’s aspirations are ever-evolving, but her focus remains on helping clients feel confident, capable, and cared for. She believes that everyone is stronger than they think, both mentally and physically.
